Because of the number of marriage licenses issued daily the state has commissioned people to issue licenses from their home or office
throughout the island. We make the marriage license appointment with licensing agent located closest to where our couple will be
staying. An appointment is necessary and all that is needed is a legal picture ID and $60 cash. Each couple must be 18 years of age,
or have the written consent of a parent or legal guardian. If one or both people have been divorced LESS THAN ONE YEAR, they must have
proof of finalization. If divorced over a year, divorce papers are not necessary.
At least one witness is required for your wedding ceremony. Often the photographer or videographer acts as the witness. This is
completely legal and a common practice. If the couple chooses not to have professional photography, we can provide a witness for $50.
That person will also take pictures with the couple's camera if they would like.
